Let me start with the flavor. I loved the flavor its vanilla and a fruity after taste which I guess is of raspberry. I usually end up wasting my protein shakes and all just because they don't tastes good. But I cant wait to have this the next day. Perfect meal replacement as it makes me so full and hence I can see a drop in my weight. Best part its sugar free as I am diabetic so its perfect.
